PERSONAL BEST Performance is pleased to provide beginner training plans for those who are preparing to compete in either a Sprint or Olympic/International distance triathlon. These plans will assist any individual who is in good health and can commit to four hours of training per week. Each of the plans include the training targets for the weeks leading up to your event, however, the day of the week or the time of day is up to the individual. If you complete each of the timed training sessions you will be able to cross the finish line feeling great about your accomplishment and able to enjoy the post-race activities.

Remember to keep your training at a pace that you can maintain for the entire period of each workout session. Enjoy the opportunity to gain greater fitness, pursue new goals, and be part of the fastest growing sport in the world.
